Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith by Matthew Woodring Stover
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

As a fan of Star Wars I was very keen to get into this particular book. Out of the first three episodes, Revenge of the Sith certainly provided me the most emotions and intrigue. I wanted to delve deeper into the story than the movies could realistically provide. I was not disappointed in the book as it followed the script written by George Lucas yet it took me deeper into the story line as well as the rationale for pivotal parts of the plot and characters. For example, what was it really driving Anakin’s emotions, why Yoga’s struggled to outmatch Sidious and how the Sith were able to outsmart and orchestrate the downfall of the Jedi. This is the first Star Wars book I have read from Stover and I quite liked his writing style. Worth reading if you want to get the back stories and some additional depth into one of the momentous stories in the Star Wars Universe.
